The&nbsp;<strong>room list<\/strong>&nbsp;is the database that maps apartment numbers (e.g., 101, 102, 201) to the corresponding call endpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our IP outdoor stations support&nbsp;<strong>up to 9,999 apartments<\/strong>&nbsp;(1\u2011 to 4\u2011digit room numbers). The room list can be generated in several ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manual entry<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Key in apartment numbers and assign them to physical call buttons (for direct\u2011press models) or to an internal directory (for touchscreen models).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Batch import<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Upload a CSV file via the web interface or management software. No PC needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remote editing via web interface<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Log in to the outdoor station\u2019s built\u2011in web server (or central management software) from any computer on the same network.
