They came to see the building intercom production lines, inspect quality control, test samples on site, and discuss their project requirements face to face. What Today’s Buyers Saw

The visit followed our standard factory tour structure, with time for questions, sample testing, and commercial discussion.

1. Production Line Walkthrough
The buyers walked through the SMT lines, injection molding area, assembly stations, and testing areas. They saw how core components—LCD modules, camera modules, PCBs—are assembled into complete indoor monitors and outdoor stations.

2. Quality Control Demonstration
They observed incoming material inspection, in-process checks, functional testing on every unit, 12+ hour aging tests, high/low temperature testing, and IP65 waterproof verification. The focus was not on claims, but on process evidence.

3. Sample Testing
The buyers tested products on site: making calls from the outdoor station to the indoor monitor, checking video quality and audio clarity, trying the Tuya Smart Life app, and evaluating build quality. Testing a sample in person is still the most reliable way to assess a supplier.

4. Engineering and Commercial Discussion
They met our engineering team to discuss customization options—housing color, language packs, UI changes, and system configuration. They also discussed pricing, lead times, MOQ, and OEM/ODM terms with our sales team.
