2. Camera and Night Vision

The most demanding part of our quality control process is the aging room test. Units are placed in a controlled chamber with:
- Elevated temperature – Up to +60°C (140°F) to accelerate thermal stress.
- High humidity – Up to 95% RH to test seals and moisture resistance.
- Continuous operation – Simulated calls, video streaming, and unlocking cycles run 24/7 for 12 to 72 hours.
This test reveals hidden weaknesses that short functional tests cannot catch – a marginal solder joint, a capacitor that drifts after hours of heat, a firmware memory leak that only appears after extended uptime.
Only units that complete the full aging cycle without any anomaly – no video freeze, no audio dropout, no call failure, no relay misfire – are cleared for packaging.
